How does it work?
When you choose to hire Waterfall Farm for your wedding, you gain exclusive use of the venue for your private event. This includes the hire of our beautiful forest grove chapel for your woodland wedding ceremony, the main field and marquee as well as our funky rustic toilet block, and our 120 old school chairs, and 20 vintage wooden trestle tables. The marquee is complete with festoon lights, and trees around the area are also lit with fairy lights.

Generally speaking, the hire fee includes exclusive use of the venue and grounds for the duration of your event, and includes;

 

  • ​Outdoor Forest Chapel with seating for approximately 80

  • Rustic Chapel Arch with paved area

  • Log Signing Table with seat, located in Chapel

  • Log Drinks station

  • Clear Marquee Tent 8 metres x 18 metres

  • Complete wooden Floor in Marquee

  • Wooden deck facing the pond

  • Festoon Lights over deck and leaners

  • Fairy Lights in 4 big trees surrounding the pond 

  • 120 Old School Chairs

  • 20 Vintage Wooden Trestle Tables - each table is 1800 x 750

  • Blackboard + Chalk

  • Log Cake Table

  • Marquee Lighting – Festoon Lights + Fairy light, Ivy Balls

  • Log For PA System

  • 1 x Fire Extinguishers

  • 1 x Medical Kit 

  • PA System and Microphone

  • Outside power plinth for food Trucks

  • Rustic Flushing Toilet Block (2x women's toilets, 1 x Men's toilet, 2 x men's urinals)

The rest of your wedding details are up to you, enabling you to create a wedding that is all about the bridal couple!

 

Create a festival vibe and get your favourite food truck and ice cream caravan to provide the catering, or go all out glam with silver service caterers. Maybe you only want finger food or a picnic, or maybe crystal champagne flutes are more your style – the choice is up to you!

 

 

 

The Small Print:

Rubbish must be put into the bins provided   

You have access to the property for 1 day prior to the event for set up, and ½ a day afterwards.

Our Curfew is a strict 12 midnight on the night of your wedding

When is Waterfall Farm open?
Our wedding season starts on the first weekend in November and ends on the last weekend in April.

 

What is the maximum capacity at Waterfall Farm?
Our maximum is 120 people (guests and bridal party).

What is the Venue Hire for Waterfall Farm?

The complete Venue hire for the 22 /23 season, including all the listed items is set at $7,000

We also require a totally Refundable Rubbish/Damage/ Noise Bond of $2,000 (this bond is refunded within a week of your big day)

How does catering work? 
Since there are no kitchen facilities at Waterfall Farm, you are required to hire a professional, self-contained mobile caterer, as well as any plates/cutlery you will use.

 

How does bar/alcohol work?
You purchase and provide your own alcohol/refreshments, glassware and you can then hire "Walter" for the serving of your refreshments for $1,000. You are also welcome to provide any other type of Caravan or service if your prefer.
